Cotes du Jura Blanc
A blend of 80% Chardonnay & 20% Savagnin.The local Savagnin grape, with it's nutty, spicy tones harmonises perfectly with the fruitiness and consistency of the Chardonnay to produce a compelling nose and a full palate. The finish has breadth with a citric softness. Serve at 15°- 16°, with dishes containing cream, white meat or cheese.
Can be laid down for 10 - 15 years.
