Cotes du Jura Rouge 2000

A blend of 40% Poulsard, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Trousseau.

Distinctive, full-bodied and classy, with a very fruity aroma and a hint of vanilla. The nose is of small red berries, with a rounded woody finish. Tannins are present but not aggressive.

Serve at 16°C, with red meats or cheeses, particularly the local Vacherin (Mont d'Or).

Can be aged for 6 - 10 years.

Bottles are 75cl, at 12.5% vol.
