All wines offered are subject to availability.

All wines are organically produced from vine to bottle without the use of artificial pesticides or additives.

Jurawine.com personally collect wines directly from our supplier, Andre et Mireille Benedicte et Stephane Tissot French wine producers of Montigy les Assures, Arbois, France.

All wines are UK duty-paid.

Jurawine.com is an online store only (at present).

We prefer to speak with you in person when you place an order. Please call Jurawine.com enquiry on 0121 243 4042 or mobile 078 5084 5518.

Information required: Card holders name, billing address, card type, card number, expiry date, start date (if applicable) and the three digit security number from the back of your card. Please note if you pay by credit card there is a handling fee of £2.50. Payment by debit cards incur a handling fee of £0.50.

All sales are inclusive of 17.5% VAT

An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order and (if applicable) Interlink Express or Parcel2ship.co.uk tracking number. Your tracking number may be used online with: Interlink Express or Parcel2ship.com to check your delivery status.

Jurawine.com does not pass on personal details to third parties.

Jurawine.com does not keep records of your credit cards, once your order has been placed and payment taken, your details are destroyed.

We kindly remind you it is an offence to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18, or to attempt to purchase alcohol to supply someone under the age of 18. This carries a fine of up to £5000.00. (Section 149 of the licensing act 2003)

Delivery

Deliveries organised through Parcel2ship.co.uk.

Orders placed between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday will be collected the following day by Parcelforce.co.uk, who carry out deliveries for Parcel2ship.co.uk. Orders placed on a Friday will be collected on Monday

Deliveries take place between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday through Friday

Up to 10kg (1 - 6 bottles) £7.99 inclusive.

Up to 30kg (6 - 12 bottles) £9.99 inclusive.

Highlands, up to 30kg £16.99 inclusive.

It is important that you ensure someone will be at the delivery address between 08:00 and 18:00 to accept your order. If delivery cannot be made through no fault of the courier, your order will be returned to jurawine.com. You will then be liable for a non delivery charge of £20.00. Any monies paid for this failed delivery will be non-refundable. Full payment for re-delivery will be required before any further delivery attempt will be made

All deliveries are trackable at Parcelforce.com using your parcel number, which is mailed to you on confirmation of your order.

Though the majority of deliveries are carried out by Parcelforce.com , Parcel2ship.co.uk reserve the right to source an alternative courier.

Deliveries carried out by Interlink Express

Orders Placed before 12:00 we will be processed with delivery arranged for the next working day before 1500 (our standard delivery) and charged at £16.00 for a maximum weight of 10kg, Orders over this weight will be charged at a further £0.50pence per kg.

Delivery before 12:00 is charged at a supplement of £6.00 in addition to the standard delivery charge up to a maximum of 10kg. Orders over this weight will be charged at a further £0.55 per kg.

Delivery before 09:30 is charged at a supplement of £12.00 to the standard delivery charge up to a maximum weight of 10kg. Orders over this weight will be charged at a further £0.60 per kg.

Delivery before 09:30 supports proactive text and email messaging from Interlink express.

All deliveries are trackable via the Interlink Express website using your unique order number, which is mailed to you on confirmation of your order.

Note your delivery charge and wine order will be subject to uk vat being added.

Cancellation

Any cancellation request must be received before 13:00 on the day of your order.

Any cancellation requests received after this time will not be processed as your order will have been logged and made ready for dispatch. You will be responsible for the return of the unwanted order. Once received intact we will process a refund which could take up to six weeks.

All cancellations are subject to a fee of £25.00.

Returns

Unwanted orders may be returned at your own risk. A proof of delivery should be requested as standard.

A refund will be completed and may take up to six weeks to show up on your account.

All returns must be pre-arranged via phone or e-mail.
