100% ChardonnayThis wine is produced from Chardonnay vines of approximately 45 years old. It is very expressive and has a slightly fresh taste. The wine is pale in colour, with concentrated fruit flavours and a very marked roasted mineral note which brings the freshness to it.
Serve at 15°- 16°C. It may be served with entries, fish sauce, lightly spiced dishes made with white meats and coquilles St Jacques.
Can be aged for 10 - 15 years.
