Macvin du Jura Blanc
75% Savagnin and 25% MarcMacvin blanc is a fragrant blend of approximately 75% Savagnin grape juice and 25% of old marc (brandy) with an alcohol content of 60°. Macvin takes approximately 3 years to mature.
Macvin has delicious aromas of orange peel, quince, dried fruits and prune. Serve at 4°- 8°C as an aperitif. It may also be appreciated as a digestif at the end of a meal and goes very well with chocolate.
