Macvin du Jura Rouge

75% Poulsard 25% Marc

Macvin rouge is a fragrant blend of approximately 75% Poulsard grape juice and 25% old marc (brandy) with an alcohol content of 60°. It takes roughly 3 years to mature.

Macvin has aromas of orange peel, quince, dried fruits and prune. Serve at 4°- 8°C as an aperitif. It may also be appreciated as a digestif at the end of a meal and goes very well with chocolate.

Can be laid down for 10 years or longer.
