Marc du Jura Classique
Eau du VieA blend of red marc (made from three local grape varietals: Poulsard, Pinot and Trousseau) and a 4 year old white fermented marc (a blend of chardonnay and savagnin).
This marc is very powerful, rounded and harmonious and goes well with sorbet and desserts or can be drunk simply as a digestif.
Serve at room temperature.
