Cotes du Jura Pinot Noir "En Barberon 2004/07"
Produced from 100% Pinot NoirThis wine is very dark for a Pinot noir, appearing almost purplish in colour.
The cotes du Jura has fruity aromas of morello cherries and red fruits, with a lightly spiced tone. The fruit and tannins are strong with a slight taste of vanilla. A good match for poultry, game and breast of duck.
Serve at 13°- 16°C.Can be laid down for 10 - 15 years.
